Luke is the President and Founder of White Oak Profit Strategies. Luke has extensive experience working in the accounting industry and specifically with non-profits.

Luke began his career as an auditor with RSM and worked on the non-profit team auditing non-profits across a plethora of industries including healthcare, education, and religious institutions. 

Luke has worked for three Fortune 500 companies in their corporate accounting departments as well as other public accounting firms. Luke's most recent job was as a CFO for a non-profit with a $10m+ budget in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. 

Luke decided to start his own outsourced accounting and CFO firm because there is a glaring shortage of good accountants serving the non-profit and small business industries. Many non-profits and small businesses suffer from poor financials and so reduce their reach and impact on the local communities. Luke is passionate about seeing local non-profits and small businesses reach their full potential!
